On the Supply Side: We had an increase in inventory of new homes for sale of over 13.8% for Fairfield County and 8.9% for New Haven County.

Despite Affordability Challenges: The buyers demand was high in both Fairfield County and New Haven County with an average of 2% over ask for closed homes.

Market Activity in Fairfield County: Homes sold for 7.8% more than they did a year ago.

Market Activity in New Haven County: Homes sold for 9.9% more than they did a year ago.

Market Conditions: Both Fairfield and New Haven Counties remains a Seller’s Market, where prices tend to be higher, and homes are selling faster.
