On the Supply Side: Thinking of selling NOW is the time. Once our inventory begins to increase the buyer’s demand will begin to decrease. We had a significant decrease in the inventory of new homes for sale in both Fairfield and New Haven Counties in September.
Buyers’ Demand: Want more than your ask price? SELL now! Buyer’s demand is still high. However, Fairfield County saw a slight decline of 1.64% over ask price on closed homes and New Haven County is holding strong with 2.09% over ask.
Movement for the Market in Fairfield County: Want more bang for your buck? Can’t afford Fairfield County prices consider moving to New Haven County! Single family homes in Fairfield County are selling for over 5.5% more than last year and condos 4.5% more.
