On the Supply Side: Contemplating selling? NOW is the time! Once our inventory begins to increase the buyer’s demand will decrease. We had a decrease in the inventory of new homes for sale in both Fairfield and New Haven Counties.

Buyers’ Demand: Want more than your ask price?  SELL now! Buyer’s demand is high. Fairfield County saw a 3.26% over ask price on closed homes and New Haven Counties 2.47% over ask.

Movement for the Market in Fairfield County: Want more bang for your buck? Consider moving to New Haven County! Single family homes in Fairfield County are selling for just over 1.5% more than last year and condos just over 4% more.

Market Activity in New Haven County: Are the home prices above your budget in Fairfield County?  Consider New Haven County! Sales for single family homes in New Haven County were 8% more than last year and condos 17% more.  Thinking of selling or buying? Lets Talk!
